DOCUMENTATION, PROCEDURES AND OPERATIONS AT FREE ZONE

Our specialized branch office in Iquique, allows your company to obtain the following services:

All procedures and goods reception at Iquique Free Zone (desconsolidation and goods identification).

In transit and traffic controls of goods to different points in our country and border countries.

Customs (Imports) procedures and insurance (if necessary) claims.

Delivery of goods from free zone warehouse to those of destination.

Aerial/Ocean freights to different points in the world; land freights to border countries and chilean cities:
     Antofagasta, Santiago, Valparaiso, San Antonio and Punta Arenas.

SHIPING GLOBAL SERVICES

Documentation reception and clearance.

Fax confirmation of documentation receivement, informing:

Computational system to provide the adequate information to de Custom authorities and to the Shipping
     Companies.

Bill of Leading (son) breakdown to allow each customer to clear its goods separately working with its
     custon Agency.

We answer all claims letter from consignees and we forward the respective claims to the shipping
     companies.

We answer and argue on behalf of our customer with the National Customs Office to avoid penalties.

For FCL/ FCL containers we let the customs brokers to know their customer individual shippments
     status.This is done using our complete data base information systems , that is mantained for all our
     customers, allowing to inform our customer on real-time basis about its goods and a quick custom
     clearance.

In the case of consolidated containers we provide the customer custom agent with all the necessary
     information about the goods to allow a direct and quick custom clearance.

After consolidate container breakdown we provide a preliminary report by fax, containing all details
     about: goods conditions, missing goods, goods in excess, etc.

We took pictures of all individual shippments received in consolidated containers and we send it to the
     custom brokers in conjunction with the final report of container status

We provide a weekly report of goods remaining at the port installations waiting for clearance, as well as
     shippment arriving to Valparaíso, Iquique and San Antonio during the next two weeks. In the case of
     goods arriving to Iquique we handle the 'Z' document that allow to move the goods from the port to the
     Primary Zone. We consolidate at very competitive rates shipments for export and we include in our
     services to defend customer against custom penalties.

Gods in transit and re-forwardind of each B/L (son).

Land Transportation. We survey and negotiate the best rates for ground freight transportation.

Export shipment on behalf of the forwarder. We handle all shipment operations to avoid unnecessary
     delays and the respectives penalties and/or paymnets in excess. we know that 65% of ETA informations
     are modified. Our services minimize the lack of updated information about ship arriving, thus our
     customers avoid to increase their cost as result of unnecessary storage time of good for shipment or
     reciving.

We look for the best sea transportation conditions and rates available in the market.

Consolidated container breakdown to avoid extra cost due to Demurrage.
